I am a past employee, how do I register my details?

To register your details, please navigate to the Register page. If you have previously registered, please Sign in.  


I am having an issue during the verification / registration process?

If you are unable to successfully verify and register your details, please raise a ticket via the Contact Us page. Please ensure that you include your Full Name, Email Address and Mobile Number, along with a description of your issue.


I tried to verify, but I exceeded the permitted number of attempts?

Please raise a ticket via the Contact Us page, and a member of the Payroll Review team will be in touch. Please ensure that you include your Full Name, Email Address and Mobile Number, along with a description of your issue.


I didn’t receive a temporary password to my email address?

Your temporary, one time password may take a few minutes to reach your inbox. You should also check your Spam folder in case the message was flagged as spam by your email provider.


I didn’t receive my authentication code via SMS?

If you didn’t receive a verification code after multiple attempts, please raise a ticket via the Contact Us page. Please ensure that you include your Full Name, Email Address and Mobile Number, along with a description of your issue.. 


I reached my limit when requesting a mobile verification code?

Please allow up to 5 minutes, before attempting to Sign In again. 


My changes are not getting saved when I update ‘My Details’?

It is possible that your session has timed out. Please ensure that you have all necessary information at hand and then Sign In again. Navigate to the My Details page to complete all required information.


The portal is not displaying correctly for me?

The portal is best accessed via a desktop, laptop or tablet device.
